Effective Date: March 9, 2026

At iPASTORE, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and excellent customer support.

Because our products are digital memberships that require immediate provisioning and third-party processing, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

1. Digital Products

All memberships sold through iPASTORE are digital products.

No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

A customer may request a refund if:

  • The membership has been purchased but device registration and provisioning have not yet begun (in which case a full refund is available).
  • Payment was made in error (such as a duplicate payment).
  • The purchased service cannot be delivered due to an issue solely attributable to iPASTORE.
  • A technical problem prevents activation and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.

Each request is reviewed individually.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available after the customer’s Apple Device Identifier (UDID) has been successfully registered and the provisioning process has begun or been completed.

This is because:

  • Device registration is initiated immediately after the required information is received.
  • We incur non-refundable charges from third-party provisioning providers to activate the purchased digital service.
  • These third-party costs cannot be recovered once provisioning has been performed.

For this reason, once provisioning has started, a full refund is typically not possible.

4. Certificate Revocation & Service Continuity

If Apple revokes the certificate used to sign your applications during your membership term, and the revocation is not caused by your own actions, we will re-sign your applications on a replacement certificate at no additional charge.

In addition, we will extend your membership by the period during which the service was unavailable as a result of the revocation. This remedy applies for the full membership term and is provided in place of a refund.

5. Third-Party Applications & Community Content

Some applications, repositories, or other digital content available through the iPASTORE platform are created, maintained, and updated by independent third-party developers or community contributors.

iPASTORE provides the digital membership platform and provisioning services but does not own, develop, or control the functionality, quality, security, compatibility, licensing, updates, or continued availability of third-party applications unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accordingly:

  • Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with the design, features, functionality, performance, updates, or discontinuation of a third-party application generally do not qualify for a refund.
  • iPASTORE is not responsible for decisions made by third-party developers, including removing, discontinuing, modifying, or no longer supporting their applications.
  • Where a reported issue relates specifically to the provisioning or activation service provided by iPASTORE, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide assistance or consider a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.

6. Changes by Third-Party Developers

Applications accessed through the platform may be modified, updated, temporarily unavailable, or permanently discontinued by their respective developers or maintainers without prior notice.

Such changes are outside the reasonable control of iPASTORE and, by themselves, do not constitute grounds for a refund, provided that the purchased digital membership and provisioning services were delivered as described.

7. Platform vs. Application

The purchase made through iPASTORE is for access to our digital membership and associated provisioning services. The purchase is not a guarantee that any specific third-party application will remain available, unchanged, or continuously supported throughout the membership period.

8. Community-Maintained Content

Certain repositories and application listings available through iPASTORE are maintained by independent community contributors.

While we strive to maintain a reliable platform, iPASTORE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, security, or ongoing maintenance of community-submitted content. Refund requests arising solely from changes, removal, or discontinuation of community-maintained content are generally not eligible once the purchased provisioning service has been completed.

9. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate Apple Device Identifier (UDID).

If incorrect device information is submitted, delays or service issues may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, refunds may not be available if service has already been provisioned using the information supplied by the customer.

10. Service Issues

If you experience any problems using your purchased membership, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly.

11. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer-protection or statutory rights that apply to you under applicable law.
